    (This process will take approximately 5 minutes)

  • Customer Need Assessment.
    (This process will take approximately 10 minutes)

  • Product Presentation.
    (This process will take approximately 15 minutes)

  • Demonstration Drive.
    (This process will take approximately 30 minutes)

  • Financial Services.
    (This process will take approximately 30 minutes)

  • Vehicle Delivery.
    (This process will take approximately 45 minutes)

FINANCIAL SERVICES OVERVIEW

CREDIT INSURANCE

 

  • Credit life pays the covered balance due on your retail installment contract or lease agreement in the event of your death.
  • Credit Disability pays your monthly payment on your retail installment contract or lease agreement if you are disabled due to an extended illness or injury.
  • No physical required to qualify.
  • Benefit payments made regardless of other insurance coverage.

PREPAID MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

 

  • Offers an engine oil and filter change with lubrication of key chassis parts.
  • 19-point inspections which include replenishment of fluids.
  • provides timed service reminder letters based on your individual driving characteristics.
  • Includes a complete history of all covered maintenance performed under the program.
  • If you sell your vehicle to an individual,the remaining coverage may be transferable.

VEHICLE SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Offers extensive component coverage after your basic factory warranty expires
  • Guards against the rising cost of parts and labor
  • provides towing and substitute transportation
  • Includes travel protection while away from home (new plans only)
  • If you sell your vehicle to an individual, the remaining coverage may be transferable(new plans only)

GUARANTEED AUTO PROTECTION

  • Offers protection from an unexpected financial obligation if your vehicle is declared a total loss.
  • Pays the difference between what your auto insurance company will pay and the balance due on your retail installment contract or lease agreement at the time of total loss.
  • Includes the auto insurance deductible up to a certain limit, in most states, if a deficiency balance exists at the time of total loss.
