Just a quick follow-up on my last email to you. Yesterday, Tuesday, July 31st, I drove off your lot in my brand new 2012 Corolla S. I am very impressed with the Lynch dealership. Prior to going on line I had stopped at Lynch Toyota and Mike Davis did all the sale pitches and let me take the Rav4 for a spin. I went online to make sure that I would be getting the best price and I also went to other Toyota dealers in the area. On Monday of this week I did go back to Lynch and again spoke to Mike Davis and purchased the Rav4 which I am picking up tomorrow.
I want to thank you for your e-mails and I did appreciate the attention I received at Lynch. Everyone was very helpful and Mike did not use any pressure on me to purchase the car. He is a very good salesman.

My car wouldn't start and I was stuck over in the Big Y lot.. went in to your service dept and was treated like I was a customer... the Service man had another young man help me.. drove me over to my car and jump started it ... I brought my car in for the 25,000 mile service check up/oil change last night. All I can say is, Wow! I did not buy my car at your dealership but I am definitely sold on your service department. Eric was super nice on the phone when I switched my appintment from an oil change to the 25,000 mile check up. (Even told me to bring in the coupon I had from another dealer!) Stephanie was very nice and took the time to chat with my son. The playroom was very clean and the hour that we were there, passed very quickly! I went home and told my husband about the great service AND how you even washed my car too. The dealership that we bought it from NEVER did that! We are happy new customers!! Thanks again!
I would like to share a success story with you. My husband has a 2005 Highlander which he purchased in 2004 and yesterday he hit the 300,000 miles mark. This car has been nothing but reliable. He has had to do nothing but normal maintenance to keep this car running. We will definitely be purchasing another Toyota.

Thre were a couple little things Frank said he would talk to service about - the wheel covers and 2 little spots that need touch-up on the hood.The service we get at Lynch is outstanding, Frank went over and above his responsibilities I am sure. He even called service to make an appointment for the Rav4 for Thursday, we got home and there was an email confirmation! just a note to tell you how special you service consultant craig bell is. i stopped in a few weeks ago as your service center was closing and setting up for a celebration of new toyota owners. i had a minor issue with something hanging off my car and craig was extremly professional and quick to take care of my problem. he had my car on a lift within minutes and had a mechanic connecting the part that had dismounted. in a matter of minutes i was on my way in a sparkling clean toyota. he actually took it around back and had it washed. i love your service. thank you and please commend mr bell. he is a true asset to your customers and to your company. sincerly- Eleanor
Hello Scott, I had a pleasant experience with Margarita. She was very friendly and knowledgable about the Prius. The test drive was good. I remain interested in the Prius and the intial financing is in my budget range. I have several more vehicles that I plan to look at and test drive prior to making a final decision. I will be doing more internet "shopping" to build my knowledge base for a vehicle that will meet my needs. The dealership itself was clean, warm and welcoming. All the staff were professional and it is obvious that their goal is customer satisfaction.

I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your on-line 20% off parts ordering program. I bought a 2000 Camry V6 several years ago and love the car! Never will sell it, expect to hand it down to the kids. I do some work myself such as brakes, filters etc. and much prefer to use OEM parts. I have found your guys at the parts counter especially helpful and routinely buy parts for our Camry. I view the parts dept. as one of the most important parts of a dealership and yours has been great. It is the reason that I will shop at Lynch specifically for our next Toyota. Hello Scott,I am very sorry for not getting in touch as early as possible.My visit to the Manchester Lynch Toyota dealership was very great and a very successful one.It was very awesome!!!1.Everything went on smoothly and the reception made me fell in love with toyota more.Could you believe that upon the research that i made about toyota,i never came accross this beautiful playing room for kids.My co-signer was with his kids and they were three of them.After we were warmly welcome ,these kids were jumping around and the receptionist first got them some books with crayon and some candys to have fun and learn with.later when it was time for real business to start between Mr.Skip ,my co-signer and myself .the lady offered to wholehearted send these lovely kids to play room so that we could have a very conducive atmosphere to transact business.Does that happen in all other dealership or its just the Manchester lynch Toyota?well,the most important thing is ,thank you so much and i really appreciate your follow up.You are a perfect example for me and my subsequent dealings in the future.Lest i forget,i will have to go to the CT. For 3 years I had been contemplating buying a Toyota. Then, came family needs , homeowner expenses and I was waiting for the best time. Thanks for the wonderfull crew from Lynch Toyota who help me maintaining my dream alive. Today I know that every e-mail received from the sales manager, every attention I got from Buddy was worth. I have my RAV4 Limited with all the equipment I ever wanted. When I mention Limited Buddy had helped putting the best on it. I just had few requests but he added everything I probably would regret if I did not have. And I am still learning how to use it.
It is definitely a great car. The space in the back area could even make a camping sleep area confortable. The adjustment of the back seats allows my family would longer legs to feel comfortable on any ride, short or long. The dual temperature control allows everyone choose wherever they want to sit.
I would recommend the RAV4 to any of my family and friends and also I would recommend and command Lynch Toyota for their great jog and commitment to customer satisfaction.
My first service experience at Lynch was more than satisfactory. It was unexpectedly pleasant. First, the service man was very willing to take time to answer all my questions; second the service was completed quickly; and lastly I was pleasantly surprised to head outside to my auto and find that it had been washed!

I wanted to thank your pre-owned car sales consultant Dean for his wonderful help in assisting my daughter Michelle in the purchase of her first car of her own. Dean was absolutely fantastic! He never was pushy or condescending toward Michelle and he was unbelievably patient with her need to thoroughly research all the various types of pre-owned cars on his lot. He rode around with her and gave her all kinds of valuable sales advice. His knowledge of his cars was extremely impressive. We have been to many other dealerships and used car lots and were always disappointed by how little their sales reps seemed to know about the cars they were selling. Not so with Dean! He assisted Michelle right up to the last detail and was completely honest with all of his information. She was made to feel very comfortable with her purchase, and she has been thoroughly enjoying driving the car (2006 Toyota Scion tC) since yesterday. Thank you so much for all of your help! I recently went to Lynchtoyota to purchase a battery for my car key. The attendant at lynch took my key and replaced the battery and also replaced the spare battery key free of charge. I was pleasantly suprised especially in this era where Companies tend to nickel and dime its customers at every turn. I'm extremly happy I purchased my car from Lynch and have always raved about their service. I am sure I will always be a customer of Lynchtoyota and will continue to recommend this dealer to my friends.
