We’ve always taken pride in our clean and well-run dealerships, and we know this is more important than ever now. On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we’re adding even more rigorous cleaning to ensure a healthy environment in all departments of our dealerships and in our service lanes. Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.
While your car is in for service, our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place. Technicians are wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle and wiping down all surfaces after the service has been performed. Our detail department is also following the same best practices before delivering your vehicle back to you.
If you are in need of service but prefer not to come into our dealership, we offer pick up and delivery.
During this time we are also committed to taking care of our employees. For weeks we’ve provided them with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe. We’re encouraging sick team members to stay home and asking our teams to travel only if it’s business critical. Additionally, and out of caution, we’ve temporarily instructed our team to welcome our guests with friendly greeting but to refrain from handshakes.
