Was super easy to call and ask if they could make me a second key for my vehicle and quickly get an appointment (on a Saturday!) Service was friendly and straightforward, they made sure I understood my options and pricing and didn’t push me to spend more for a remote fob. An hour or so later I had my new spare key and don’t have to worry about accidentally getting locked out of my car!

It was just an oil change and brake inspection. No complaints, exactly, but their report that my brake pads were thicker than last year makes me uneasy.

Stephanie was very attentive and gave me a thorough explanation and assessment of the issues that I had with my vehicle.

I only have one issue, I called to make an appointment for an oil change and requested a mechanic to do the work and on the day I went to have it done they told me the person was out on training. My question is why didn't anyone notify me so that I could reschedule.
