I was at Lynch a few days ago and was lucky enough to buy a car the same day. The location is spacious, and the service is quick. While it took a few hours, it's the usual time for this type of transaction. They also responded positively to my request for a Spanish-speaking salesperson. I also speak English, but for these precise details of car purchasing, I needed to communicate in my native language, and the salesperson Margarita was very friendly and kind in helping me make the decision to buy a Corolla SE. I've now had a relationship with Lynch for the next eight years, and I hope it continues with their excellent customer service.

Left this service center at least 4 years ago as the quality & confidence was lost. Purchased a new car recently at the dealer & decided to give it a try again. Simple service on our 2016 went well, hoping it will actually continue to impress.( Side note, nice to see Stephanie back at the center, a wealth of knowledge and experience.) Since this first review we have taken the new car for its first service, interacted with Paul C., very good service rep, definitely invested in providing great customer service. Hopeful things have improved substantially in the service dept, last two appointments have gone well and left feeling confident.
