This review is for kevin Morse in the body shop. First I want to let everybody know. I have been in the auto industry for about thirty five years, including owning my own dealership and being a general manager. I've worked in almost every manufacturer, including Toyota..Hyundai Honda ..Nissan et cetera... I have never experienced somebody as willing to help as Kevin Morse is.. Kevin went way out of his way to help me when he did not have to . His response to me when I was thanking him was "no thanks needed this is just what we do here" that right there it says it all.. They have a great reputation. I would recommend. Lynch, Toyota, to anybody that needs a toyota, and if you need body work done, no matter what manufacturer it is .. see Kevin.. I assure you ....you won't be disappointed. If I could give kevin a ten star review, I would have done it. Thank you. Kevin, for a job well done. My family, and i appreciate what you did for us...

Highly recommend Lynch Toyota. They were able to get me a vehicle when other dealerships couldn’t. Overall process was smooth and efficient. JR, sales, was the best - very friendly, helpful, and super communicative. Julie, Finance Manager, was great also.

We went in without an appointment and were met by a salesperson (Nazmin) right away. Had a test drive, discussed the price, and drove home with a new Sienna two days later. Also kudos to Julie, she did a great job explaining our finance and warranty options. Great experience!

Both the Service Department and Body Shop were great. They repaired the parts on my car that needed fixing in a timely and professional manner. I would especially like to thank Art at the Body Shop who helped get my rear gate repaired for less than his original estimate. Also both of the courtesy drivers who took me from and to Lynch Toyota were very polite and professional.

I went in for a battery change. They were great. When I called they told me to come right in. Once there, the gentleman at the desk was courteous, efficient and very friendly. Amazing staff. Definitely going to be my new Toyota dealership.

I have been going to Lynch for years & trust the work & assessments on what's needed. My daughter brings her car to have serviced & she lives in Boston. That sums it up, very good place.

Had a wonderful Experience today, just needed some security lugnuts removed and replaced. Only charged me for parts! No labor service charge plus good laughs, thanks Sylvester Turcios! Whole thing took less than 15mins in and out

“The service was completed as expected, including the oil change, tire rotation, and wiper replacement. However, I noticed the tire pressures were not properly checked/adjusted after the service. I reported the issue, and the team promptly checked and corrected the tire pressure. I appreciate their response, but I would recommend ensuring tire pressure is checked as part of the service before returning the vehicle to the customer.”

Sales Manager is in attitude she explains what a crap u just bought and what additional service I have to buy to fix my mistake. Service Department is good

I have been having Lynch Toyota service my Venza as long as I have owned it ( 13 years ) . They provide excellent service , have a modern clean waiting room and provide free shuttle service if needed. I give them 5 out of 5 stars

My truck needed a wheel alignment and Lynch took me right away. Jason, in service, had my paperwork ready to go, the wait was short and the waiting area is super comfortable.
